I warmly invite you to the second parent teacher evening of the current school year on Friday, 25 April 2024 from 16:00 to 19:00.

Registration and booking of appointments with teachers will again take place online via WebUntis.

Please note the following information:

• Booking period: Sunday, 21 April 2024, 19:00 until Wednesday, 24 April 2024, 15:00
• Duration of an appointment: 6 minutes
• Only one appointment can be booked per student with a single teacher.
• There are 3 time units: 16:00 bis 16:54; 17:00 bis 17:54; 18:00 – 19:00
• Bookings can be made using the following steps (detailed instructions can be found below):

1. link to WebUntis: https://tritone.webuntis.com
2. enter the school name: ak-gym-innsbruck
3. log in with your personal WebUntis access data or the TSN access data of your children
4. click on “2nd parents day” at the top of the start page
5. you can now book your appointments with the teachers. Please note that you need time to change between two appointments.
6. you can then download the overview of your booked appointments as a pdf file and print it out.
• If you have forgotten your WebUntis login details, you can reset them on the WebUntis homepage, provided you have entered your e-mail address on WebUntis in the past. If you have any problems, please contact our secretariat: agi@tsn.at

Alternatively, you can also log in using your children's TSN access data.
